Our flagship training course, "The Application of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) to Management Problem Solving", gives an introduction to SSM and an appreciation of how and where it may be applied. It is delivered by the Koios SSM practice lead, Professor Brian Wilson, a leading expert in the practical application of the technique and a member of the group at Lancaster University which originally developed the ideas underpinning SSM.
