Koios Consultants recognise that whatever the label, all aspects of organisational life are related and cannot be isolated in their own box or stovepipe. Whether the issues are hard or soft, well-defined or unbounded, we achieve extraordinary results using a number of complementary approaches and techniques to understanding organisations and how they work. We aim to improve decision making whilst managing complexity and uncertainty.
Managing and Senior Consultants operate at Board level and generate effective decision-making amongst those charged with directing the organisation. Junior Consultants bring the clarity of analysis, intellect and energy required to implement change at project level. Each junior is mentored by a senior practitioner who expects to be called upon to assist and advise on tasks at no charge to the client. This gives juniors the confidence to act when they are sure and to seek advice when needed, whilst keeping senior consultants continually in touch with developing events.
Koios Consultants have practical experience of applying theory and concepts in diverse business domains. We maintain involvement with several of the UK’s leading educational institutions: Aston Business School, Warwick Business School, Cranfield University and Business School , University of Cardiff and Portsmouth Business School. Several Koios consultants are either lecturers or visiting lecturers. Many Koios consultants are educated to Masters level and beyond.
